Chapter 13

Better expectations?

(2010 - 2011)

In fall Dhanvi was 5 months pregnant and Tamara was in senior year in high school, John celebrated 11th birthday. Tamara went to visit her aunt Ursula, she met there a beautiful guy. 

He was charming, his name was Hank Goddard and he had a room rented in pension, where lived her aunt Ursula. She fell in love on the first sight. Jacob called from boarding school quite often, he complained that he wants to fo home, but Dhanvi told him that he must stay a little longer. She said that she will stay in Esther's house until the baby is born.

     The winter came and one cold rainy morning someone was coming. Tamara looked better and realised that it was her dad. She hugged him and both cried. 

He thanked Tamara and took Dhanvi and John home. The last day in year, Dhanvi wrote Tamara that she gave birth to twins Kiki and Anson. 

After Genevieve's 6th birthday party, Esther called Tamara in the library. She said that she knows about her finding the secret door and also that she took Conrad's diary. 

She wasn't mad at her, she even wanted to teach Tamara how to mix elixirs. She also confirmed that Andrea was really a witch and she, Esther, is too. Tamara first thought that she completely lost her mind, but then she conjured an apple out of thin air. She consumed a magical elixir and she didn't age. 

At the spring festival Tamara saw Hank again. He came to her and kissed her on the cheek. He said that he wanted to do it last year, but he couldn't find her. Ursula told him where she lives. Tamara blushed and kissed him back. Then they danced. 

The summer was amazing, Tamara and Hank went to the beach to watch stars and he asked her to go to prom with him. They celebrated even Tamara's birthday together. 

In school she had to present her project. She realised that she had enough information about father's side of family, but about mother's nothing. She decided to finally visit them. The prom was perfect, they danced all night and they were prom king and prom queen. 

Tamara and Hank went to winter festival together, they built snowman. When Tamara went to buy hot chocolate, that awful Emma Hatch started to flirt with Hank. Tamara was pissed, she threw away chocolate and walked away. 

Suddenly Tamara remembered name of  witch coven mentioned in Conrad's diary. Hatch, was Emma one of them? Tamara was curious and one night she went to the mausoleum at cemetery, because when they had an excursion there, she noticed records about families from Sunset Valley. Unfortunatelly about Hatch family she didn't find anything, she had to ask Emma. When Tamara came out of mausoleum she noticed that Stiles was there. She approached him and kissed him, she didn't know what she just did, he was her best friend like Blair. But when she recalled Emma's flirting with Hank...

Esther decided, that Snowflake day is canceled, because it's stupid. She locked herself into room, Tamara didn't know yet what was in that room, so she took Genevieve and went to parent's house. They celebrated as a family again. It was beautiful.
